What was the last live performance you saw?

My husband and I saw Kirk Frank live in Tallahassee FL. We stayed the whole show; it was epic. We got to our hotel room after, the elevators were packed at our hotel. (As always this time of night.) It just so happened, the elevator door dinged. The door opened for the 5-6th time and it was Kirk and his band. I froze. My husband, Christopher, quick and witty, said, “Y’all did a great job tonight.” Kirk turned, shook His hand & off they went. We stood there, Chris and I, for at least 45 seconds staring at nothing. Processing what just happened. We laughed on the way to our room realizing what had happened. All in all, the concert was a hit and affected the community in a shakable, impactful way. -MGW
